Tuition-FreeCore programming is offered at no cost from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM for families who demonstrate financial need aligned with the state’s University Preschool Program (UPK). In addition, there is access to after care services until 5:00 PM.
Brand New FacilitiesWe offer a 1,000 sq. ft. classroom with all new furniture, technology and curricular materials along with a freshly constructed outdoor playscape that includes brand new play structures selected by founding families of the school.
CompensationToo often in the preschool space, educators aren’t treated as professionals. At U Prep, Lead PreK teachers are on the same salary system as our K – 5 teachers. And, for those in Teacher Assistant roles, we pay above market ($ 24 – $ 26 an hour), recognizing that you too play a tremendous role in the success of our youngest learners. All full time staff have access to our benefits package, including 100% of personal health care costs.
